After an initial free 30 min online consultation before first meeting, each session contains a bespoke combination of orthopaedic treatments suited to your needs and goals.
Whilst treatment can be relaxing, the aim is to treat pain/dysfunction, not to relax. If you're mainly after relaxation, click here.
All time in session is spent lying on the treatment bed. Depending on your interest, a session could contain any of the following:

Diagnostic Checks
It is essential to prevent injury that you rest whilst sitting down for at least 30 minutes after the session (a relaxing space is provided). This is non-negotiable since the real 'healing' takes place during this period of rest.
Please wear suitable underwear (stretchy underwear is the best). The session takes places on the treatment bed covered by a towel.
