I teach traditional Yang family Tai Chi (Yang Cheng Fu style) in plain English or Mandarin exactly as it was taught to me by Yang Cheng Fu's second son's principle disciple, Yan Han Xiu (old Chinese man in the photo).
Most students start by learning a sequence of 28 movements that takes 6 minutes to go through from beginning to end giving you something to easily add to your daily routine. More advanced students can learn Yang Zhen Ji's version of the Yang Family Long Form (91 movements equivilant to 108 standard Yang Family Long Form).

Every class includes various partner drills (pushing hands).

I teach how to use Tai Chi to isolate chains of deep fascia, make them stronger, more integrated, and more elastic, to align weight-bearing structures, release excess tension in joints, and hard-wire optimum functional posture into your body's dynamic architecture through slow, aligned, and purposeful movement.
